Customs / Import duties

You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. Please talk to your local custom office to see what taxes and/or charges there may be on your order.

 

Returns

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive the value of the cost of delivery only if the item is faulty or incorrect. In order to receive a refund the item(s) must be unused, be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. To complete your return, follow the process below:

  1. Send an email to returns@blackjamm.com with your order ID and last name of the cardholder.
  2. Wait for confirmation that your return request has been acknowledged.
  3. Place your jacket in the original parcel and enclose a copy of the invoice. Seal the parcel and send to:

    Black Jamm, 4 Mill House, 26 Dunstable Road, Richmond, TW9 1UH.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Please note that unfortunately incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
