At Black Jamm we offer complimentary returns on any UK orders as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive the value of the cost of delivery The item(s) must be unused, be in the original packaging, be in identical condition and be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. To complete your return, follow the process below:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order ID and last name of the cardholder.
- Wait for confirmation that your return request has been acknowledged.
Place your jacket in the original parcel and enclose a copy of the invoice. Seal the parcel and send Signed for delivery to:
Black Jamm, 22 Severn house, 19 Enterprise way, London, SW18 1GD.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that unfortunately incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

We accept all international returns however we can only refund the cost of the jacket and not the return delivery cost, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the jacket.
Please follow the same process as the UK returns. You will receive your refund once we have received the order and confirmed it is in an acceptable return condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Made to order jackets
Jackets that are made to order can take approximately 2 weeks to be manufactured and then delivered.
Please note that made to order items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
