About Us

How do you deliver such quality products, made in the UK, at such low prices?

We don't wholesale our products which allows us to cut out the middle man, retailers, who normally add a 2.5x mark up to any products they sell.

The money we keep manufacturing in the UK, buy the highest quality materials available such as leather from Italy and pass any additional savings on to you.

 

Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 days and then send 1st class via royal mail. In total it will normally take between 4-5 business days. 

If you've upgraded shipping to next day then your order will be expedited and should arrive within 2-3 business days. 

Where does Black Jamm ship to?

We currently deliver to most countries around the world. Please be aware that currently international shipping outside the EU does not qualify for free returns.

How much does shipping cost?

First class shipping is free for the UK and we also offer free returns. Outside the UK there are some costs for shipping that can be viewed here.

All international shipping is discounted by us to give you the best possible price to ship to your country.

 

Orders

What if I need to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.

Please contact us on orders@blackjamm.com as soon as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

You cannot change your address, however, orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed.

Send an email to orders@blackjamm.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to make the changes for you.

What taxes and duties will I have to pay for orders outside the EU?

You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be.

Please talk to your local custom office to see what taxes and/or charges there may be on your order. 

Where's my package?

In order to check the status of your package please go to the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking number.

We send tracking numbers in your order confirmation email. If you have any concerns, don't worry, reach out at orders@blackjamm.com and we'll get to the bottom of any issues. 

 

Returns

What’s Black Jamm’s return policy?

We offer complimentary returns on any UK orders as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

How do I return my order?

Give us an email at returns@blackjamm.com with your order ID and last name of the cardholder. We'll then get you started on the return process.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund to be processed. We'll send you an email when your item has been received and a refund has been processed.

Can sale items be returned?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items can only be exchanged for store credit.
